NanoWrimo! <3

I feel privileged to say that I am very excited to be settling into the Lake Tahoe area, and to have so many fantastic opportunities arise in my first month here!

The opening for Tahoe Exchange was fabulous. Angela provided good wine and beer with a lovely table spread, and there were so many people that came through! Many grand conversations. All the art is fantastic, and I love the unique and hip taste that is found in every item there. I have 6 paintings on display and will be changing it up as things progress. The store features an eclectic collection of local arts, clothing, sporting equipment, and jewelry.

Also, be sure to expect, "Drawn Curtains", my first book in a series of three that I will be releasing in 2009.

November is National Writer's Month (nanowrimo.org) So get on your story, too, if you have one!

I look forward to the future!

Gearing up for November in Tahoe!

Currently, I am in the process of completing 5 paintings for a new venue in Tahoe!
I am very excited about the opening of Tahoe Exchange that will be right on the strip of Tahoe Blvd. in Incline, and will be expecting to paint children mannequins for the opening exhibition. More details soon, as apparently, it's going to be a block party!

It's been beautiful weather, here. I have to say that I am happy to have relocated to Tahoe, though I look forward to a trip to Portland soon in November.

Also, it's almost time for my book, Drawn Curtains, to be released! Finally! I am so thrilled!
It will be the first in a series of three that I will be releasing as well as the book in comic form.

I look forward to the future!
